Porthcawl RNLI's Atlantic 85 was on a training exercise when HM Coastguard requested they attend Ogmore By Sea following reports of a paddle board in difficulty. The lifeboat diverted from exercise, proceeded to scene and located one paddle boarder. The casualty was taken on board the lifeboat and returned to the safety of Ogmore beach.
