Our volunteer crew launched the Atlantic 85 lifeboat, Rose Of The Shires to a report of two people on a Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) struggling to return to shore in strong Easterly winds (offshore) at Rest Bay. Both lifeboats were launched at the request of UK Coastguard in the early hours of the morning to assist with a multi-agency incident on the Vale of Glamorgan coastline.
