The windsurfer was taken onboard the lifeboat and dropped back to the beach at Newton along with his equipment.
Our Atlantic 85 lifeboat was launched to assist a boat which was suffering engine difficulties. The boat was taken in tow towards Swansea. The tow was passed to The Mumbles Lifeboat RNLI who took the boat to Swansea Marina.
