D Class launched on service following reports of a person in possible difficulties in the water at Ogmore attempting to assist a sheep. Llantwit Major Coastguard Team were also tasked to this incident. We were stood down by UK Coastguard while enroute as the person was safely accounted for. Sadly the sheep was too badly injured and had to be put down.
