Porthcawl RNLI’s volunteer crew were paged by HM Coastguard following concerns raised about a personal water craft PWC (jetski) which was drifting off Porthcawl seafront.
The charity’s Atlantic 85 lifeboat Rose of the Shires was launched on service making best speed to the location. Once on scene the crew established the person onboard the PWC was fishing and required no assistance. The lifeboat was stood down and returned to station.
